Perform move-in inspections “property condition report” prior to their move in
Collect rental and other charges due under the lease agreement
Deliver monthly payments and statements to the owner (option of direct deposit into your personal or business bank account)
Perform semiannual inspections of the property
Respond to maintenance requests from your tenants and make repairs as needed
