Full service property management
Advertise your property (we offer the property to the public for leasing in compliance with all state and federal laws)
Solicit, secure and maintain tenants for your property
Background and credit check on all applicants
Negotiate, execute, extend and renew leases subject to owner`s prior approval
Collect a security deposit and pet fee if applicable
Provide tenants with information they will need to get utility services in their names
Perform move-in inspections “property condition report” prior to their move in
Collect rental and other charges due under the lease agreement
Deliver monthly payments and statements to the owner (option of direct deposit into your personal or business bank account)
Perform semiannual inspections of the property
Respond to maintenance requests from your tenants and make repairs as needed
Other services necessary to comply with all rules and regulations

Perform semiannual inspections of the property if requested by the owner.
Respond to maintenance requests and make repairs as needed. Overlook the repair and maintenance process from the initial inspection of the issue until the final inspection of the repair performed and deliver final report with pictures to the owner.
